Dragon concept: Sharpmoon

Trying to design an antagonist.
The wyvern also dubbed "Vampire Dragon" referring to the way he wrap himself in his giant wing. Is a very specific type of dragon turning their arms into giant bat-like wings so they can either fly or block incoming attacks. This makes them quite versatile.
 The spikes growing at the tip of his tail can be thrown at enemies.
Aside from his physical ability, Sharpmoon is also very smart and will likely trap his opponents in his game of wits.

Talking about the design, Sharpmoon strays from the other dragons.
A lot of bandages, really slender, torso plate and pointy  muzzle.
